i) The company has no liability what so ever reg. Optional activity services availed from nonregistered
company / Uninformed status.
5) The company has no liability what so ever, for loss of assets in cases like (Theft, self-damages, natural
calamities, accident, loss of life and others)
6) In Port Blair / Havelock Island / Neil Island and other Islands most of Hotels and resorts have their
check out timing fixed at 0800 Hrs. Where the cruise or Govt. ferry for transfer to Port Blair / Flight is
scheduled at late afternoon or evening hours, in such situation we recommend you to check out,keep the
luggage’s in the locker and depart for tours, yes if all the tour is already completed,recommendation is to
stay back in the resort beach / hotel lobby or just move around in the local market or can plan for some
optional activities. We have no liability on the check in and checkout policies of the Hotels.
7) Andaman is a destination where there is less service provider and event handlers (Cruise,
Boats,vehicles, Permits and Tickets), the company has no liability what so ever and has full rights to shift
and cancel what so ever, no matter whether it was confirmed in written. Change of Ship
schedule,Permits, tickets class, stay opted, hotels or Resort or any associated services associated with
the tours or holidays.
8) Every hotel has a clean filtered drinking water facilities (RO Systems and others), please carry water
from hotels, this will help to less disposal of plastics bottles in beaches and other places.

VEHICLE & INSTRUSTIONS
 PLEASE NOTE, VEHICLES ARE NOT BOOKED FOR THE WHOLE DAY.
 Full Day Standby A/C Cab Rs.4,000/- within Port Blair.
 We provide exclusive Dzire / Ertiga / Scorpio / Xylo or similar luxury vehicles for all our guests.(Unless
mentioned specifically)
 The vehicles are strictly for point to point transfers and not at disposal.
 Vehicles are not provided for repeat services or disposal for personal activities, such as market
visits, shopping, dinner, etc. AC will not be used in the hills.
 Due to limited no. of tourist vehicles in these islands, the vehicles may be changed for different tours.
Do not leave your belongings in the vehicles.
 Tour rearrangement may become inevitable during natural/manmade disturbances like
landslides, road blockages, political disturbance, train/flight delays etc. The cost arising due to such
factors will be billed additionally, which is payable directly to the driver.

MOBILE AND INTERNET
 Only BSNL, Airtel have their own mobile coverage in most islands. Only BSNL, Airtel, Vodafne and JIO
have 4G services in Port Blair and rest of Havelock and Neil Island have BSNL and Airtel Only. Internet is
very slow in these islands. Hence it is advised that you leave behind your cyber world and soak into the
nature during your stay here in Andaman’s. We recommend bring Airtel and BSNL for smooth
conversations with your natives.

Cancellation and Changes by the guest
You may cancel your holiday at any time providing you notify the Company in writing. The following
charges will be levied on any cancellation:
 No refunds for cancellation received on booking from 15 Dec to 20 Jan.
 No refund or cancellation during Puja, Valentine, Xmas, New Year
 Cancellation charge of rupees 1500 per person is applicable any time after the advance is paid
 100% of Package Cost will be charged as Penalty on Cancellation within 15 days before Arrival.
 75% of Package Cost will be charged as Penalty on Cancellation between 16 to 20 days before Arrival.
 50% of Package Cost will be charged as Penalty on Cancellation between 21 to 29 days before Arrival.
 25% of Package Cost will be charged as Penalty on Cancellation 30 or more days before Arrival.
Please note: Royal Package Accommodation’s booking made at Hotels Sea Shell /Silver
Sand/Symphony Samundra/ Coral Reef / Barefoot/ Munjoh/Sanddy Waves/De Foret/Tillar Siro / Taj etc.
are non-refundable.
Written cancellation will accept on all working days between (10 AM – 05 PM, except Sunday), any
cancellation sent on Sunday's will be considered on next working day (Monday).
